“It’s our kids’ turn to show their kindness to others—one small act, one heartfelt gift, one bright idea at a time.”
If you are a Junior Member of our family foundation, you already know how much our big family cares about helping others, fixing our planet, caring for animals and many other things. There are many ways to try to make a difference; our family foundation is just one of them. We give money to charities to help them do what they do to make the world a better place.
One of our family members, Graham Ross, has decided to help kids like you magnify their ability to help the causes they care about. For any donation you make to a Canadian charity through our family foundation, Graham will match up to $50 to double it.
Here’s Cassia, showing you how it’s done:
It’s simple.
If you are an older kid with your own PayPal account, bank account or credit card, you make a donation to the charity of your choice through our donation portal. If you want help, you can ask a grown up or call/email Stephanie (treasurer@burtoncharitable.ca or 343-545-8088). Then, write a paragraph, draw a picture or do a video to send to Stephanie. It should have your name, your age and what you’d like to give your donation to.

If you are a younger kid, you will need to work with a grown-up to select your charity and figure out how much money you would like to donate. A parent or grandparent is a good choice. Then, write a paragraph, draw a picture or do a video to send to Stephanie (treasurer@burtoncharitable.ca or 343-545-8088). Give your name, your age and what you’d like to give your donation to. If you send a picture of yourself helping, we might put it on our web-site if your parent agrees.
We will double your donation and send it to the charity you want to give it to. And we will write you a thank you letter.
